I'm not happy with my item - what can I do?

Firstly, please note: sale items, custom orders, and personalised items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 

If you're not happy with your Jasper Rocks product, please check:

  • If your item is eligible for a refund (see bold print above)
  • If it was an oversight on your part due to not reading the listing description or shop policies in full.

If you've not been caught out by either of the points above, we will endeavour to do everything we can to help, as high product quality and customer satisfaction is our jam!

Simply get in touch with us within 14 DAYS of receiving your product, via the CONTACT page, and if necessary, then return your item to us within 30 DAYS of receipt.
