BRASS

Brass is a durable & strong metal, resistant to rust & corrosion. To keep it looking its best, avoid contact with water & perfumes, & store in a closed box. Over time, it will darken naturally due to oxidisation, leaving it looking antique! If you wish to restore it to its natural gleam, we have tips in the FAQs on our website.

STERLING SILVER

Sterling silver is highly durable and will last for years with minimal care. Be sure to dry if it gets wet, and maintain its shine by wiping with a good silver cloth. Store in a safe, dry place.

WAXED CORD 

The very best waxed cord, straight from Thailand! Strong, vibrant and irresistible, it's waterproof and long-lasting. With the right level of TLC, waxed cord will last for years to come. Perfect for all day, everyday, beach, sea & shower (even with the small beads). Little ones should be supervised in our kids bracelets.

Each item of Jasper Rocks jewellery & accessory comes in our logo-stamped hessian pouch for you to keep! This also serves as excellent storage when the product's not being worn or used.

The packaging we use to ship your order is all recyclable.

Larger items such as jewellery sets, or complex necklaces are 3-5 WORKING DAYS. Please take note of this, and remember that upgrading the shipping service will have no bearing on dispatch time.

This free default shipping option is Royal Mail TRACKED 48. Your tracking number will be available on your dispatch email, and your order will be with you in 2 working days from dispatch. For a very affordable surcharge, you have the option to upgrade to TRACKED 24 (Express), or SPECIAL DELIVERY (GUARANTEED BEFORE 1PM NEXT DAY).

INTERNATIONAL – If you are based outside of the UK, please purchase from our Etsy shop. At this time you will not be able to check out from this website.

I'm not happy with my item - what can I do?

Firstly, please note: sale items, custom orders, and personalised items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 

If you're not happy with your Jasper Rocks product, please check:

• If your item is eligible for a refund (see bold print above)
• If it was an oversight on your part due to not reading the listing description or shop policies in full.

If you've not been caught out by either of the points above, we will endeavour to do everything we can to help, as high product quality and customer satisfaction is our jam!

Simply get in touch with us within 14 DAYS of receiving your product, via the CONTACT page, and if necessary, then return your item to us within 30 DAYS of receipt.

Although every effort will be made to ensure your unique Jasper Rocks piece matches the picture and measurements shown, please keep in mind that each unique item of jewellery, card, decor and accessory is handmade (and by an unpredictable Thai creative genius, no less!). As such, if we're making a brand-new piece following this listing sample, it may vary in sizing and shape ever so slightly.

Please also be aware that due to the configuration of multiple screens and devices through which we're all looking, the shade of the waxed cord, crystals and metal may be different to the colour in reality. We've tried our best to capture the true shade in natural light.
